DEVILED EGGSSSSS :)
This is my first time making deviled eggs! So i decided to make a non-traditional version of horseradish deviled eggs :)
Sad, but it took me about 6 tries to perfectly hard boil the eggs :P This was the yummy product!

Blackberry days :)
This is the result of a fk weekend for sure. Simple garlic mushroom noodles....literally a)grapeseed oil b)garlic c)mushroom d)noodles e) salt and pepper f)mozzarella. Then a all american heart-attack worthy breakfast: CC waffles, hash browns, and corn beef hash! Yummy blueberry pound cake ( a lot of butter!). A tri-tip balsamic salad from Pluto's. Lastly, funfetti cupcakes I made for my friend's birthday. I used melted chocolate to make cupcake decorations.

Some February creations :)
mmmmm dessert :) I made a very simple vanilla creme brulee thats healthy! i used a hungry girl recipe...all of which are semi-guilt free. I even ghetto lighted the sugar on top since i didn't have a torch.
95% home made (the 5% being the store bought pepperoni :P). Using my sister's simple whole wheat pizza dough recipe, fresh marinara, fresh mozerella, and mushrooms...you have a nice healthy dinner!
My favorite/easiest sauce ever. I use it for pasta, for bread dipping, and for my pizza.
Recipe:
3 Roma tomatoes (seeded and cut in huge chunks)
1/2 red onion dice
3-6 cloves of garlic (adjust to your taste!)
fresh basil
oregano
salt and pepper to taste
saute in a small pot on med-high heat for ~15 min. stir and smash the tomatoes occasionally. EASY!
yukon gold mashed potatoes: whipped with a little butter and salt, green beans saute'd with fried onions, and then baked fried onion breaded chicken breast. pretty much a comfort food dinner.
BLUEBERRY WAFFLES. made with whipped eggs to make them nice and fluffy. eat it with some fresh whipped cream and you're in business!

Cave Creations
5) I like making salads; so inspired by one of my favorite restaurants salads, i mixed:baby springs, feta, almonds, red onions, pistachios, olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar. 4) The second is an asian breakfast my mom would make. Its pretty much like a quesadilla except instead of the quesadilla, its a pan-fried green onion pancake, and instead of cheese, you put eggs. 3)My ghetto pho. Made from pho base, rice noodles, and red onions. 2/1)Inspired by our Venezuelan neighbors, my sister made arebas (ah-ray-bas). Simple but delicious, it consists of white cornmeal and anything you want to stuff in it (black beans and cheese!).
